Bad Management - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Hi-Tech Audio Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Very poor management , actually a typical LALA company and whole family is running the company and every day rules makes and breaks itself no soft corner for employee , nobody can reached at above to the manager in this company because top management has their family members at top does not matter whether they are skilled or not . Especially very bad for technical team , they has uneducated person in the management who do not understand the things and support to team . He do not know anything about technology and has some puppet person who do the job for him . If you think that you technically sounds good then this not a place for you .
