Pros
There are some really good people at Hewden - and they really care about the business and the customerbase. They have recently invested in a lot of new equipment so a lot of performance and reliability issues related to the fleet are greatly reduced.
Kontras
There is not one member of the exec team I could trust - a culture of fear and back stabbing was prevalent. Look at the staff turnover - its horrific. People were removed the business in cloak and dagger circumstances on a weekly basis. CEO (Adrian Murphy) is clueless, out of his depth and does not provide direction or support to those within his team or wider business. Just expects his team to pull rabbits from hats continually. This is definitely a job culture not a career culture company - and if the unrealistic demands of the role doesn't kill you - you will probably be fired for not hitting unrealistic targets.
