The politics and favouritism are so obvious to the point it's obnoxious and disgusting. Salary is based on loyalty and favourite staff, not based on performance. Favourite staff will be given minimal workload with high salary where as performing staff will be loaded with more and more work but being paid peanuts. B40 salary with T20 workload.
