The culture that has been cultivated among the staff is unlike any other organization that I've been a part of. I am so deeply humbled by and grateful to work with such joyful and talented people. It is apparent that the team is intelligent, passionate, and in support of the org mission and values. Although the company is fully remote, we gather as a company at least annually. Spending this time spent together really helps break down team barriers and builds strong rapport across the organization. That, to me personally, is both invaluable and unprecedented.

The team is fully remote - I wish we could be together more often than 1-2x annually.

Excellent mission. Decent pay. Remote.

I have no idea how this company is still standing. Leadership is more concerned with their egos and optics than actually accomplishing the work. Questionable ethics. They have blown through money without a real product and zero growth. It’s all lip service - and the employees (past and present) who have worked to make this company a success have paid the price.
