1yHi there, I wonder if glassdoor maybe populated something incorrect here about your information. Since we are a very small company, I know everyone that we have ever worked with. And the only two people we have ever worked with in Texas, neither were designers. And both did paid interview trials only. Neither were hired as employees, or brought in as contractors. Im sorry you had a bad experience with us, either way! During our paid trial, we hope to provide insight to the candidate, and to us, on the possible fit. We often get positive feedback on the experience, even if it doesn't result in employment, since we are vetting each other. I hope you have since found a great opportunity that you here happy with!
