Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We regret that your time with us ultimately did not work out for either party. It is unfortunate that you did not share in our vision or recognize many of the qualities that have enabled us to enjoy 93 successful years in an industry that certainly has evolved over time. I admit, it can be a difficult balancing act preserving our great culture, focusing on our customers, and meeting all of our employees’ diverse needs. We have made many very positive changes in technology, processes, and personnel this past year. And in the few weeks since your employment with us ended, we have already made great strides improving accounting processes and upgrading our personnel. We are confident that many of the issues that adversely affected your experience at Haag are no longer with us. While you opined we are slow to change, I must point out that several employees find we are changing too rapidly. Any company, or person for that matter, simply cannot be all things to all people. Haag is continually growing and evolving and we look forward to seeing what it will look like in another 90+ years. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best of luck.
