However, the company is aware of this and is actively working on ways to include remote staff better through team meetings, check-ins, and company-wide events.

There was a very welcoming culture. The senior engineers often showed that they cared about their department and always made an effort to help others learn.

Very large company, which is mainly architects often making that seem like the main focus. It also has a very corporate feel.
