- I don't have anything negative to say. I think having a good or bad experience in part depends on the team you have and I'm fortunate to have a great team with good communication. Sometimes the structure of things can seem a bit unorganized but it's all about communication. No one wants you to do poorly, so it's good to bring up things and suggestions when you feel the need to; and bosses are approachable for this.

Management is so unequipped I was hired for the wrong job, without understanding what a designer vs engineer is. CEO literally tried to make a move on me at a company party. Then I was fired for no valid reason.
