- Worse "Employ First" Politic to influence employees. - For Internal employees forget about Groth(any promotion, salary hike). - Feedback for annual apprecial is outstanding but final rating will come very bad and then salary cut/no hike/lay off when they need. - No value for hard work. -Before coming to HCL be aware b4 staying loosing ur career groth.
