Kind of bad - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Grede: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Pretty much everything else. Senior leadership is inconsistent, does not pay attention, even though I personally benefit from it, there's no accountability for problems, people just get mad at each other and yell. The company gets sold every couple years and that comes with a lot of changes. Vision is bad, outlook is bad, pay is atrocious for what you're asked to do, no raises unless you force their hand (again, something I have personally benefited from but not good for most people).
