Leadership is not transparent: major changes, layoffs, and freezes happen with little communication until after the fact. Company blames the economy for cuts, yet continues to spend in ways that feel inconsistent. Poor pay compared to workload and expectations. Long hours and stressful deadlines with little recognition or support. Very weak office culture with no real sense of community, everyone is on edge, and there’s no social environment.
