- No development or growth. you're hired to do one job and you have to do it with what you've learned elsewhere. - You're just a body that can always be replaced. they're not interested in retaining you. - Management is an "elite" that sit up in the clouds divorced from realities of the front line worker. - Take it or leave it attitude. - You're expected to work more hours than what you were hired for and "for free" while you're at it. - 0 Job security. Every year there's a "purge" on each site that does not appear to have any rhyme or reason to it other than cutting costs.
