We agree that the quality of sales leadership and training is important. As such, we have worked with sales leaders to tweak their schedules to allow them to spend 80% of their time coaching the sales reps on the floor, and our sales trainer is also available on the floor to help reps 2-3 day a week. We also launched our second Sales Training program this month, after the great feedback we got about the Sales Bootcamp earlier this year.
Regarding pricing, you are correct there are occasions that we offer free plans to non-profits that our team members sponsor, and to single-user accounts. Supporting very-small businesses and non-profits doing benevolent work has always been important to us at GoCanvas.
