Coffee available 24/7 upper management are always trying to improve the bussiness for their employees I can't say much about imidiate supervisors. Beautiful call center facility gym on site.

These reviews are not accurate. The company asks it's employees to kindly rate their experience with positive experience within the first month of training. Alot of employees do this since they starting their employment within the first month and want to make a good impression but alot of them don't really know how it is until you are there for 6 months or more that's when you start seeing how the company bussiness really is. A quick heads up is sub prime lending worse of the worse paper their demands are unrealistic and their supervisors do not know how to manage. They say you have potential to bonus but the reality is is very hard since all your team has to be doing good and it doesn't matter how hard you try you will get same bonus as the worse person on the team. To make it short and simple this 2015 year there has been given 3 bonuses out of 10 months and is avarage of 600 not a whole lot. Supervisors will not help you they will pressure you until you either quit or get transfer to another team in which case is the same outcome.
