Pros
The company has a great culture and treats its employees like a second family. The upper management is very friendly and easy to talk to. They are great at recognizing if an employee is talented or has a passion for something and giving them an opportunity to move into a position where they can use those skills. If you are not sure of what you'd like to do yet, you are still given opportunities to learn more about the inner working of the company and gain new skills as you go. Fellow co-workers are also extremely friendly and always willing to provide a helping hand. If you ever come across a problem you have never faced before, you are always able to turn to someone to find the answer. And if they don't know they will certainly help you find out.
Kontras
I don't think this is really a con, but it would depend on the person. GO is a faster pace work environment. They give you all the tools you'll need to be successful in any position. If you still need assistance afterward they encourage you to ask. One thing they don't want people to do if they are having trouble or don't know what to do, is say nothing and keep it to yourself. You are encouraged to ask questions and speak up if something is unclear.
