All. The managment is more focused on doing "public relations" than on the staff's competences. Professional growth is possible only if you are a friend of someone really on the "TOP" or decide to put aside critical thinking and to become a yes man/woman. The one who thinks differently than others and dares to suggest new ideas, is immediatly isolated by the group. The work flow is hard to mange and all employees are really stressed out.
