The pay is good for the industry. They need to pay well to attract people to this god awful company.

Generator is an appalling place to work. Thankfully I managed to get out after only a few months of working in their head office. They treat customers with very little respect and try to rinse as much money as possible out of them. Certain senior members constantly overstate figures to make themselves look good. There's no communication in the company particularly in head office. Senior management particularly the CMO are vile human beings. They're so out of their depth and barely do any work, yet overwork their teams. This company will not last.
