Working at GeneID Lab has been both challenging and rewarding. Like many growing companies, there have been operational growing pains, evolving processes, and periods where communication or structure could improve. The pace can be demanding, and expectations are high, especially in a fast-moving healthcare and diagnostics environment.
That said, one thing I genuinely respect is the company’s commitment to growth and improvement.
