Bad experience - Backend Engineer bei GKMIT: Mitarbeiterbewertung

* No job security. * Toxic environment and top level politics (specially from backend and fullstack lead/manager). * Seniors are very rude. * 0 work life balance (you need to work late at night and come to office early the next day). * They can terminate you for cost cutting if they are not having projects, without proper reasoning. * The lead/manager is very very bad, rude and egoistic. * Highly recommend not to go there.
