Pay- Pay is low-average for experience. Techs with a 4-5 year experience gap make the same amount. Poor Management- Unrealistic expectations, No Common Direction. Thinks moving people around is going to magically fix everything. Lacking Backend Services- The company grew too quickly and doesn't have the systems to support production requirements. R&D or Production?- Production contracts have requirements and standards. This company was a R&D company and needs to split the two disciplines.
