Company culture is hard to beat. Work environment is very team focused and people are always willing to share their knowledge. Leadership is willing to support at any given time. Technical and soft skill training are offered through many resources. Traveling opportunities also present itself throughout the year.

Kontras

If you aren't able to balance and prioritize many projects at a given time - this is not the place for you.

Pros

Growth focused company and opportunities to advance within GAP. The team is solid, smart and easy to work with. The atmosphere is team-oriented and great vibe and energy among the employees. Lots of perks and President focused on creating an environment that is productive, energetic and supportive. Top notch beverage clients, GAP has a solid presence in the promotions industry. Sales focused culture. Love the office space.

Kontras

A smaller sized company so if you are looking for super structured, corporate environment - not the right place. If you don't enjoy an entrepreneurial environment also not the right place.

Fun Industry and allows employees to be creative

I have never experienced an environment that hostile. The owner does not trust people and their is no empowerment for employees. Often time you walk on egg shells and the environment is dictated by the mood that the owner is in that day. You must check in to her office each morning and evening before leaving. She will tell you this is necessary to building a relationship but really it is a way for her to ensure everyone arrives on time and also to track when people leave the office. I do not know of a single employee who has left on good terms and would speak positively to their experience. Please do yourself the favor of avoiding this company, it will save you many many days of trying to figure out why someone needs to treat people so poorly.
