Fulcrum has a very open environment where people at all levels feel comfortable talking openly to managers at all levels including the CEO. Client work can be very demanding and challenging. Extra hours and some weekend time is sometimes required to meet project deadlines. If you're a slacker, this isn't the place for you. You'll be asked to step up and contribute; but your good work is recognized, appreciated and rewarded.
