Pros

Pay is decent, though salaried position so expected to work long calls even after shifts are over. Good benefits and paid time off.

Kontras

No privacy, owner will spout out personal information during company wide morning meetings. Reasons for taking personal days off are announced right in the employee calender. No room for advancement, except becoming an expert in an area which comes with no added pay or benefits! Techs give inaccurate information to customers. Owner is dictator, even banned employees from bringing in treats for the other employees, because he is on a health kick with no self control! No breaks, except 30 minute lunch.
