If you are fresh out of high school and looking for something to make ends meet this will do.

Whenever you have a question some team Leaders can be rude but are supposed to be there to help. Felt like high school, and very unprofessional.

Work at home is the only pro

Kontras

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
