No pay rises or opportunities for career development or training for over 4 years - staff left to rot in positions where they have no future Appraisal system ignored by managers except when it suits them Dirty and poorly maintained buildings Outdated software and hardware Nepotism is rife

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
