-Great benefits, managers are supportive of employees taking their unlimited FTO. Lots of vacation time including a week off between Christmas Eve and New Year’s day, and two days off around July 4th
-Flexible Spending Account, $250 quarterly
-Overall nice people and nice and supportive management who tries their best with what they have
Kontras
-Bonuses are really small, borderline insulting
-No merit raises ever, 3%-4% increase in pay each year. Pay is much lower than other big professional services firms.
-No diversity, not a single person of color on the entire digital marketing and marketing/business development team. Actually maybe one asian person. Seems weird but maybe I’m just used to diverse settings.
-Hard to connect with other team members, no culture. Just work and log out.
