      Fun team, great environment, you will learn tons of new things if you're just starting out. In general, the small team is a perk, but it does have a few drawbacks. The company culture and team is what makes this agency so special. You also get fun perks like snacks, company lunches, etc.

      Kontras

      Smaller team, limited support. Sometimes work life balance isn't great - but that is typical in PR. Agency life means you have to switch gears throughout the day.

      Clients are awesome, small but mighty team of really nice people and no office politics, lots of hands-on learning and growth opportunities.
