Toxic culture, Not listening to field guys, not accepting the reality of challenges, lack of product development, Lack of genuine leadership, chanting “one team” but in reality it’s them and us ... the brand is not recognised and instead of proper change (crisis) management, they keep lying to themselves and to the employees. Compensation is below market standard whilst the workload is enormous (mainly due to lack of headcount in various department), no IP, and continuous blame shifting to lower levels
