My area understood that people have a life outside of Fiserv. Taking time off to tend to family issues was never a problem. They made it point to have "off site" meetings once a quarter.
Kontras
The love to play the "downsize"/"reorg"/"job has been eliminated" card. Upper and Middle management is not honest. For example, they communicate that they want to build and promote their employees; but in reality, they continue to over use H1B visa people and bypass qualified and compent internal employees.
