There were some really great people on hand and many of us (I can't speak for all departments) were allowed some degree of creative freedom in terms of how we completed any given task.

Oh boy, where to start. Shady, low-balling management pays below market-value and expects employees to log 50-60 hours without complaint. Constant pivoting and "take one step forward and two steps back" type of behavior. It was difficult to see the company succeeding in the space, due largely to the very difficult space that SocialChorus operates in.
