Profit sharing in your 401k is good after the first year. They have a decent PTO policy.
Kontras
Good luck using your PTO because all the branches are understaffed. If you're not a white man, you won't be paid well or valued. Upper management is protected, while all other employees are seen as expendable. The training is almost non-existent because budgets aren't approved to actually create a real training department or program.
