Pros are as follows: 1. It is a paradise for the developers as the company truly has a very innovative product which is very complex and amazing. Developers come across challenging situations which helps them grow in their coding aspects. 2. The leads are very good, interactive and supportive. Employees get the scope to interact with the leads as and when required. 3. Finomial is very flexible with the employees. The Kolkata Director is a very good person. All sorts of benefits are given to the employees like: Work From Home, Leaves, Office Lunch, Office Festive Celebration, Foreign tours, Corporate Parties, etc. 4. Employees get the opportunity to directly interact with Clients. This acts as a huge booster for the morale and growth of the employees. Overall I enjoyed my stint with Finomial. I achieved growth, praises, respect and self-development. I enjoyed working with the company. I still have a good relation with all my former employees and leads.

There are certain cons I have come across: 1. The hierarchy posts in Finomial is not prominent and hardly present. 2. There are too many regular internal calls. My evening slot after 6 PM would more or less be entangled in calls till 8PM.
