Honestly nothing. It’s a toxic startup environment. They promise you autonomy to do you job and want you to be a self starter but micromanage every step of the way.

Micromanagers everywhere. Sales presentations are not up to par with anyone’s standards but you are not told that until 5 mins before a call. They are launching their new software which is not a software. It’s a dashboard but they want you to sell it like it’s a software. The VP of sales expected me to do his job and my job which in the months I was there, was not even close to what I was told I was getting hired for. Overall terrible experience working here. Unlimited pto is not unlimited pto. It’s conditional. Office conditions are marginal at best. People from every department have their fingers in another when they have no expertise. Most departments are unable to be reached due to conflicting time zones.
