Pros

None really to speak of. I met a few cool people who were friendly and there is okay energy. But, it takes more than energy to produce a successful business. You do have two days off, but they are in the middle of the week. You listen to music and play games when you are in the office-about an hour and half each day.

Kontras

1. NO benefits or insurance. None. When I asked the owner, I was told that it would cost them more money to provide benefits/insurance than it would be for the employees to get it on their own. So basically you work 40+ hours a week with no benefits. No 401K either. 2. NO personal days/sick days/vacation time. Of course you can take a day off, but you will not get paid. This is reasonable logic-no work, no pay. But, there is no vacation time or sick days built in. This makes it hard when emergencies come up, or if you fall ill. 3. Leadership. The owner and management harp on teams and how to be successful, but my leader left the field early everyday, and the owner does too. This does not set a good example. Also, I had several leaders and the owner "steal" a sale from me on multiple occasions. I would initiate the sale, do the majority of the work. But when you ask a leader you are with a question, they take over completely and end up getting credit for the sale. 4. Day to day you stand in various Walmarts for hours a day, trying to sell customers new cable, home phone, and internet services when they really just came to the store for groceries. 5. Work weekends. You do get Tuesdays and Wednesdays off, but you do work Saturdays and Sundays. Kind of sucks if you have family or friends with a "normal" schedule. Also, you work holidays. 6. Not a lot of training. What little training you get is lackluster. Learning the product line is easy, but the training in regards to how to sell is lacking. 7. You have to pay for your own gas. Sometimes, you will be assigned to a store that is an hour away from the office. 8. No reimbursement for food and travel costs. I already spoke about the gas, but there is no reimbursement for your expenses when you travel to and from stores. 9. Pressure. There is constant pressure from management, and specifically the owner directly, that you go in the field on your off days. They do not require you to do this, but it is frowned upon in the office if you are having a bad week (low sales) and choose to take your days off for relaxing, running errands, etc. 10. Pay structure is confusing. Commission versus draw system. Make sure you understand this fully before accepting a position-here or anywhere-with this kind of pay structure. I read the reviews on FF and Choice Marketing Concepts and I was skeptical. But, I desperately needed a job so I accepted the position. It was a mistake and a waste of time. Now it is a blot on my resume.

Pros

Self Development Merritt Based Commission Based (i.e. write your own paycheck) Oppurtunity to have the life you want.

Kontras

Worst position to have if you don't like sales, best job if you are good because there's oppurtunity beyond sales, you just have to make the necessary changes to be successful. Unfortunately, people don't always like self development, and that's okay. I need people to wait on me, pump my gas, and clean my house.
