Fun environment, good people, interesting work. Plenty of opportunities to contribute to project work. Moving towards a more structured approach to asset allocation and project management.

Lack of structure, and an inability to invest in proper infrastructure, and poor planning.

laid back environment and reasonable benefits; the fun factor of flying sims is a bonus

no task direction given, but plenty of criticsm after the fact; con-men in technical management positions; very poor design architectures and extreme resistance to improvement. absolutely no employee loyalty. They drop people like hot irons, with no HR warning or performance improvement discussions. the environment encourages people to lose interest
