Low wages (below industry). Volatile decision making and strategy. Unclear expectations and unclear leadership and ownership of tasks and departments. It’s not uncommon to stay after hours. No career plan and therefore no possibility for promotion. No bonus rewards or salary increase. Overall lack of recognition both in terms of compensation and appreciation.
