- Very good projects - No unnecessary quality process so most of the times goes for work - No problems for leave.
Kontras
- Not interested in retaining employees - Ambiguous offer later like review is quarterly not appraisal that means you can remain without salary hike for 2 years also. -Bonus is depend on client rating of project after 6 month of rating, rating comes very late and you have to stay extra 6 month for bonus. -No growing plan(it 30 company people since last 5 years). -Only encourages a few chosen people. - Poor infrastructures like desk/tables/Chairs/washrooms - No compensatory leaves. Extra leaves adjusted from salary even you worked on weekends that doesn't counts.
