Pros

-Flexible timing -No/less pressure -Good hiring process -No hassle for leaves -Lot to learn for freshers, just don't give up by seeing its complexity, you can always spend couple of hours extra in office for yourself.

Kontras

-Poor^2 management -No business -Employees and management do not trust each other -Directors and president losing control over India office -Incapable middle layer of management(Dev leads) -Hires 3 freshers when there is need of one technically very strong resource -No one knows and understands architecture of current and in development project, ad-hoc changes done anytime anywhere. -Many employees are still here because they have nowhere to go. -Worst infra, less salary than industry standard and false bonus promises -Not good if you are coming here after 2-3 yrs exp/MNC
