Pros
The travel around the nation, great cohort of associate bank examiners, relatively high wages straight out of college.
Kontras
Toxic culture. When you first start, you spend 3+ years in their "Bank Examiner Commissioning Program" that is designed to develop your skills and certify you as a Commissioned Bank Examiner. However, this program is internally developed and executed with incompetent and unprofessional staff who have only ever worked at FCA. The work is exceptionally boring/uninteresting and the 50% travel wears on you. Furthermore, the vast majority of staff really hate their job. There is a 50% turnover for Associate Bank Examiners during the first five years. My advice to recent college graduates looking for opportunities after college is to stay away from this organization. You won't enjoy it and will leave after 1 or 2 years with no real "real-world" value.
