Nice people and hard working people

Poor pay and benefits, sad

The work environment is generally laid back and the people that work there are down to earth. My boss and coworkers were all very easy to work with. Everyone was level-headed and could give some kind of mentor-ship. Most of the work is unsupervised.

I usually ran out of tasks and wouldn't have anything to do. It was nice to not have someone breathing down my shoulder, but at the same time I had little direction to what I should be working on.
