Pros
There are some great people there who work there [they deserve better (Stockholm Syndrome)]! 401K plan isn't bad, thankfully I got ushered in right away but now I hear there is a year wait list.

Overall - Terrible: benefits, leadership and lack of strategy. If I could rate using zero stars, I would. This company has potential to be a real company but because it is run by a family that lacks ethics, strategy, respect and trust, it will never grow. It's a fear based leadership with no structure. There's no accountability for projects and their only 'strategy' is to see what competitors do [there's no innovation or team work collaboration]. You go into meetings thinking you can change it together, but it's just a meeting where they tell you what to do. They hire you but they don't trust you to do your job [even though you have years of experience]. There's constant eavesdropping and video surveillance.
