Your time here really depends on your manager and brand. Thankfully, I've had a great experience here for years. The creative leadership has been five stars. Pay is great for what it is. Benefits are fine. You can climb the ladder quickly. Great work when you have the opportunities.

Weekend work is uncommon. Only happens when a pitch goes south or someone really fumbles. Almost-yearly layoffs. Lackluster account/project managers often cause migraines. The gems are rare and get burnt out quick. Slow periods create issues and have been becoming more and more frequent.
