- I changed many line managers in few years. Only a few lasted for more than a few months. - The strategy changed so many times that I could count. Completely directionless company. - There's a terrible culture, people are disposable and are gotten rid of for no particular reasons based on politics and reorganisations - Most of the people in my team have been fired one by one, most of the time not based on performance or real redundancies - Managers have no manners or empathy - some of the feedback given was appalling - The business relies on one or two cash-cow countries getting milked and is not able to grow anywhere else due to constant changes and internal politics - There's no sharing of key information that would foster a culture of growth and shared responsibility - No development, training or growth opportunities given to employees other than a small group of usual suspects close to the leaders
