7yWe are very sorry to hear that your experience was not what you anticipated. We do hold contracts with multiple retailers and clients and attempt to be very clear of all roles and environments in the interview process to ensure the best fit for all involved. Those that possess a strong work ethic and the ability to drive company growth are absolutely promoted, based on merit and results, not seniority. As for the office, yes it is a collaborative space where we also hold private offices. We feel the open environment best represents our culture and methods of communication/training.
