Pros

A lot of freedom that you got to work with, but that will also come into the 'Cons'. The product was great with a wonderful lead system. The profit was good too as long as you got assigned good markets. The work environment was great because they hired hard workers so it was a lot of like minded people.

Kontras

Its a small company that is trying to grow too fast. They are forgetting about quality and that is going to catch up to them. Employees are unhappy because they are asked for more and more but are not getting recognized for it. The management puts their fingers into everything but none of them have lifted a finger when it comes down to the core work and that is what is going to bring the company down.

Pros

* Fantastic support and continuous training form the Management Team * Managing and growing your book of business * Getting to work with same clients every year and building relationships *Fun team atmosphere and a great group of people to work with. *No cold calling and lead hunting on your own. Appointments are set for you.

Kontras

The company is fairly small so there is not a ton of room for advancement and changing a career path.

Pros

Work from home and take advantage of missed appointments (don't worry they're sales calls) that are "disguised as your client winning an award" If you like the lack of management - I guess that's a plus too-

Kontras

Where to start- They will only give you clients that have heard this sales pitch / video you make them watch every year for the last 10+ years. Even the top sales people around won't stand a chance when they are just waiting to hang up the moment you try to open into a sales pitch. 5 months of working there, not a single one on one. They actually told us to listen to our own calls after hours (salary, not hourly) and they expected us to have those ready for them (but of course they never followed up on that because they lacked doing one on ones) Your appointment didn't answer? No free time for you. They expect you to cold call from a list in between your calls so don't expect to have free time to enjoy working from home. (The moment I realized this I never once made these cold calls because I was specifically hired as an inbound appointments) - It only took them 5 MONTHS for them to realize I wasn't even doing that lmao (again shows how amazing mgmt is) All of the extra benefits they mentioned in their job postings are all bs. No 401k, no gym membership reimbursement, it's just a bunch of bs, (there's a reason they are now called Essential Engine instead of 5 star because everyone already caught on to their nonsense.
