Stand out individuals have a great chance for fast advancement that is not typically available. You also have the ability to learn and do continuing education as it relates directly to your job role

Work-life balance essentially equates to how you can mold your life around work. The environment is also an 'all hands on deck' atmosphere every week, week in, week out. Lots of new people means that your manager might only be a year or two your senior. Not a lot of flexibility or benefits added if you stay for any amount of time.
