      Pros

      A transformed environment. In my time with the agency, which was approximately 3 years, I saw a company go from good to great. The culture is warm, hard working, genuine, and feels like a family. I was surrounded by some of the smartest people I have met. I am proud to have worked at this company and could have stayed for life if personal circumstances didn't force me to leave.

      Most of the cons I would bring up had to do with account leadership feeling as if they could have occasionally pushed back with clients a little more. This could create chaos if not well managed. This seemed to be shifting as I was leaving, but it was the greatest con.

      Sometimes tackles more then they can chew, but that's the life of a growing business.

      Pros

      Exposure to multiple clients and the chance to learn different aspects of the business. Creative and talented colleagues who care about their work. Flexible remote/hybrid work options help with day-to-day balance. Very nice people and incredibly smart colleagues.

      Major disconnect between leadership and the teams. High workload and fast pace can lead to burnout, especially during peak periods. Instead of taking accountability, leadership blames the employees, which leads to many unhappy employees that tend to take it out on others. Benefits and perks are poor compared to other agencies. Compensation is typically 20-30% below true market value. Career growth paths are not clearly defined, which can cause stagnation.

The last couple of years have been a time of both growth and change for us, and this means we need to evolve how we work.
