Pros
- There are employees truly dedicated to their roles that are willing to go the extra mile with their work
Kontras
- Firm seems to have a habit of interviewing for one role and then hiring under a different title and different responsibilities - Expects employees to work outside hours for no overtime pay - No management structure - Employees are expected to 'find their own work,' and are scolded when they do not bring it in. When it was expressed that there should be a marketing department, as is standard practice, it was shot down - Internal training is a nightmare; early-career employees are expected to do senior-level work with little to no oversight - Management talks down to, belittles, or gossips about/to employees on a regular basis - Was told it was "not firm policy" to provide documentation on SOPs and employee issues; all conflicts were handled in person or over the phone to avoid paper trail on management
