      Respects people who show initiative. Excellent work culture. Benefits are up to industry standard for fresh grads. Definitely something a fresh grad should consider.

      Bureaucracy is prevalent. Hierarchy of approvals delay project execution. Salary is just average in the long run. Some co workers are not as good as they say they are which results to difficulties in certain team-based projects
