The people are can do types who work together to get the job done. The small town location of Enercon Enpower is nice.
Kontras
Very low pay scale for the industry. Low paid engineers are not as familiar with industry which causes problems throughout manufacturing processes. Management professes family values for company but treats workers badly in terms of respecting time off, expenses when traveling and pay scale.
